In March, The Times launched their first ever 7-day trial of their digital subscription. Instead of requiring lots of information and card details before signing up, you simply download the app and the app store you used, would take payment and hold all your data.

It was targeting the London and commuter regions with a view that you could be reading the news within 60 seconds of seeing the ad. We used the iconic TfL underground map – and busy commuter connections – to highlight the offer.
